Placing an order:

• Minimum specified quantities mentioned on www.creationnepal.com website (depending on the nature of products) are compulsory to place an order at Creation Nepal.
• No minimum order amount is required.
• No registration is required to place an order.
• Orders will be shipped from one week to four weeks (depending on the nature of the ordered items)
• Creation Nepal reserves the right to cancel any order without any notification to the customer (s).
• Manual orders can also be processed based on email correspondences.

Pricing:

• All the product prices are based on FOB, Kathmandu.
• The prices of the products can be changed without any prior notice.
• Wholesale prices are based on the volume purchase of each item.
• Wholesale access to Creation Nepal shall be supplied upon receipt of the duly filled and submitted inquiry form available at http://www.creationnepal.com/wholesale/contact_us.html

Insurance and Taxes:

• We request our customers to be aware of possible risks against loss of goods, theft or even damage in transit period and such risks can be covered by insurance upon payment of small amount of approx 1% of invoice value. Creation Nepal will not be responsible for the claims if the order is not insured.
• If the order is to be sent through AIR or LAND & SEA cargo, our invoice will be prepared including Cargo Agent's costs such as crating & packing, custom handling charges and tax clearance in Nepal. All the applicable taxes or duties in their county of destination are the responsibility of the customers.

Return policy:

• If the customer wants to return the product, he/ she should contact us by email at admin@creationnepal.com describing the reason and evidence of dissatisfaction.
• Please check and notify us about the product to return within 3 days after receipt of the order. Creation Nepal will always be attentive on this issue based on the logistic reason of dissatisfaction and start to find the best possible solution on mutual understanding between the both parties (the customer and Creation Nepal).
• Claims made after one week of receipt of the order will not be accepted.
• Exchange of goods on the condition that the goods to be exchanged will be similar in nature and be available from the same manufacturer or supplier; in such cases the transportation cost involved for returning goods to Nepal from his/ her country will be paid by the customer.
• Creation Nepal will not be responsible if any items that are lost while being returned, hence safe and secure delivery is suggested.
• Upon receipt the returned goods, Creation Nepal reserves the right to decide whether to refund or exchange (re-send) the product (s).
• Since most of our products are handcrafted, there can be slight variations in color, size, finishing touch or even some irregularities.
• - Lost or damage of any products must be claimed directly with involved Courier Company. Creation Nepal won't accept the returned goods if it is sent without our return authorization. Authorized return must be sent to us in its original packaging.

Agreement

• Placing an order or purchasing any items with Creation Nepal, the customer agrees to our terms and conditions automatically.
