Quick Overview
A set of five Great Dhyani Buddhas are available in fine stone carving. Even all these Buddha are similarities in ideology, they have importance of physical differences. Each of the five Buddhas first identifies and helps human being transforming for a positive attribute through spiritual attitude for enlightenment.
The five Dhyani Buddhas are shown in their different gesture. 1. Vairochana in Dharmachakra Mudra (Dharma Wheel Teaching Gesture), 2. Akshobhya in Bhumisparsha Mudra (Earth Touching Gesture), 3. Ratnasambhava in Varada Mudra (Bestowing Gesture), 4. Amitabha in Dhyana Mudra (Meditation Gesture) and 5. Amoghasiddhi in Abhaya Mudra (Fearlessness Gesture).
These fine carved stone statues of five Buddhas (Pancha Buddha) are entirely made by skillful hand of Nepalese craftsmen with the techniques and tools that are in use from hundreds of years by generations. Since the items are handmade, there can be slight variation in given measurement.
