Silver color Buddha 20

Quick Overview

The founder of Buddhism philosophy is considered as Buddha. Buddha means \'one who is awake\' in the sense of having \'woken up to reality\'. It was first given to a man who was born as Siddhartha Gautam in Nepal 2,500 years ago. He did not claim to be a God and he has never been regarded as such by Buddhists. He was a human being who became Enlightened, understanding life in the deepest way possible. This statue of Shakyamuni Buddha is made by the Nepalese craftsmen using traditional method by hand. The materials used are the combination of copper and bronze metals and later on it is partly decorated by silver and some gold.
